Omelet

Ideas of things to put in an omelet...

1. Mix 3 eggs in with 2 Tbs of milk?
2. Spill out flat onto frying pan and let harden up well
3. Add ingredients:
   1. meat: ham, turkey, dry salami, cut up hotdogs
   2. vegs: red/green pepper
   3. cheese

• May add a side of orange slices or other fruit, or a fruit beverage
• Butter and jelly bread is always good too
